Asheville Style Trout Dip
Ingredients
• 8 oz smoked boneless trout fillets - skin removed
• 1 tbsp red onion minced
• 2 tbsp chives finely chopped
• 4 oz cream cheese
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup strained plain full-fat yogurt
• 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
• Black pepper to taste
Method
Combine all ingredients in a bowl until well incorporated. Let rest in the fridge for at least 30 min before serving.
