A Veteran Owned Business

Knives Illustrated - - Personal Defense -

Wilmont Knives was founded 15 years ago by Chris Williams, a retired U.S. Army veteran who spent 20 years in the SOF community. Chris worked for eight years as a mechanical engineer after retirement before he started knife and tool making full time. Chris’s knifemaking roots go back to his active Army days though, when he started making knives for himself after he couldn’t find what he wanted locally. Chris does primarily stock removal knives but also forges and makes his own Damascus and builds and sells knife grinders under the Wilmont Grinders name.
