“Little Kenny” Kenneth Gumke, III, age 40, of Knoxville, Tennessee, went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Thursday, March 14, 2024. He was born in Knoxville, on July 26, 1983. Kenny was known for being an avid fisherman. He had a passion for tree climbing, hanging out by a bonfire, and riding back roads listening to music. Kenny greatly loved his family and friends, especially aggravatin­g the little ones. Underneath his hard exterior he had a huge heart of gold and would do anything for those he loved. Loyalty best described him when it came to his friendship­s. Kenny was an amazing person who will be greatly missed. He was exceptiona­l and one of a kind! Those left behind to mourn his passing include sons, Lucas Howard and Floyd K. Gumke, IV; father, Floyd K. Gumke, Jr.; mother, Vanessa E. (Curtis Garner) Gumke; brother, Brandon (Jessica) Gumke; sister, Jennifer (Ricardo Ferguson) Gumke; nephews, Aiden Hardwick and Amari Gumke, and special friends, Jason Marino and Tim Scarbrough.
