In remembrance of Michael, we encourage open discussions about the often-hidden struggles with addiction, a challenge Michael himself faced. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to local alcohol recovery programs. This act of support honors Michael’s memory by aiding those in their fight against the very challenge that took him from us too soon. It’s a meaningful way to address a critical issue that affects many families in silence.
Michael’s journey through life, marked by his love for his family, his passion for adventure, and his quiet influence in the culinary world, will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all who knew him.
