Dr. Robert Edmund Hall

-

LENOIR CITY - On the morning of Monday

May 6th, 2024 Dr. Robert Edmund Hall, peacefully took his last breath, and went to join the love of his life, Jan Roberts Hall for Heaven’s perfect eternity. Fond of saying “this is the greatest”, Robert had a constant, positive outlook on life. He was one of the most gracious and kind hearted souls. He loved his family, and loved every moment spent with them. He was a devoted and loving member of Cokesbury Church for 30 plus years. He loved tending to his garden, his farm, and the hay fields. In his last years you would often find him watching the wild animals that would come to visit or sitting by the fire with his dogs. Robert truly loved and lived for his late wife of 36 years, and kept a journal where he wrote to her every day after her passing. He was an unbelievably talented Ophthalmologist for 50 years, a hard worker, and always believed in service to others. In his journal he wrote “God says, give yourself away! Immerse yourself in service to others. Get going!” He leaves behind an incredible legacy, and will be sorely missed by his family, friends, and community.

His life is celebrated by his loving children Haley Hall, Ryan Burrell, Beau Burrell, Britton Hall, Timothy Hall, his brothers; Herbert Hall, James Hall, his many beautiful grandchildren and great grandchildren, and truly anyone whom ever knew him.

In his words to everyone, “Love ya!” A Celebration of life will held from1:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday May 25th 2024 at The Reserve at Bluebird Hill, 1413 Midway Road, Lenoir City, Tennessee 37772
