L'O HOMMES

For fall 2023, we’re leaning into the power of individuality, and cover star Nicholas Galitzine completely embodies that concept. As the new face of the Fendi menswear collection, the young actor sets himself apart from the gaggle of young heartthrobs with a serious attention to his craft, and a fearless embrace of fashion.

Daring styles come to life in “Serious Fun,” in which photographer Christopher Fenner and stylist Ben James Adams remix menswear for an inspired take on tailoring. In “Neo-noir,” the body becomes the canvas for the season’s favorites, and in “Coastal Core,” it’s time to usher in the cooler months with cozy layers.

Esteemed actor Mads Mikkelsen reflects upon his decades in the public eye while tightly wrapped in Zegna on the coast of Copenhagen. The Danish actor has always marched to the beat of his own drum, and his approach has left a lasting impression, sartorially and otherwise.

Jewelry—once inextricably linked with power and subsequently almost forgotten about in favor of watches—is being embraced by a new generation of men, and Sotheby’s has taken notice. This fall, they open For the Boys, a new exhibition and sale dedicated to men’s jewelry. We couldn’t be more excited to show some of the exquisite pieces up for auction, including antique statement brooches, bold rings, and more.

As with jewelry, the younger generation is setting fashion’s new rules for what menswear is, and can be. Tapping into that new mood is Luca Magliano, who recently snapped up LVMH’S Karl Lagerfeld Prize, and who is poised to see his eponymous Bologna-based brand reach new heights.

Also on the verge of stardom: the new set of tennis stars, who are showing their individuality both on and off the court. Shot by Pierre-ange Carlotti, our portfolio introduces five stellar athletes who are breaking records and blazing their own paths.
