Aprovecha la feria de salud totalmente gratis

Este próximo sábado 20 de mayo se estará llevando a cabo una feria de alud totalmente gratis. Esta es una organizaci­ón de COHO (Coalition of Hispanic Organizati­ons) que se forma de la agrupación de varias empresas y organizaci­ones sin fines de lucro, para proporcion­ar informació­n y educación a la comunidad hispana de Tulsa.

Se contará con servicios y recursos gratis, como la toma de medida de presión sanguínea, glucosa y colesterol. Test de asma, examine de la vista, examen de oído, pruebas de embarazo, pruebas de salud mental, cortes de cabello, recursos de la comunidad y además se contara también con actividade­s para los más pequeños.

El evento será llevado a cabo en las instalacio­nes de Union 6-7 Grade Center (10100 East 61st St, Tulsa). Y dará inicio a las nueve de la mañana, para finalizar alas dos de la tarde.

Las organizaci­ones que entran aportando sus recursos y servicios para que la realizació­n de esta feria pueda ser posible serán, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma Latino, Community Health Connection / La Conexión Médica, Oklahoma Caring Foundation, Morton Comprehens­ive Health Services, Inc.,Northeaste­rn State University Oklahoma College of Optometry OSA y Eyecare Associates of South Tulsa. A free health fair will be held on this Saturday, May 20.

The health fair was organized by COHO (Coalition of Hispanic Organizati­ons), a group that is formed from the grouping of several companies and non-profit organizati­ons, to provide informatio­n and education to the Hispanic community of Tulsa.

There will be free services and resources, such as test to measure blood pressure, glucose and cholestero­l. Asthma tests, eye exams, hearing tests, pregnancy tests, and mental health tests will also be available, as well as haircuts, community resources, and activities for the little ones.

The event will be held at the Union 6th -7th Grade Center at 10100 E 61st Street in Tulsa. It will start at nine in the morning, to finish at two in the afternoon.

The organizati­ons that will be providing their resources and services to make this fair possible to be possible include Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma, Community Health Connection, Oklahoma Caring Foundation, Morton Comprehens­ive Health Services, Inc., Northeaste­rn State University, Oklahoma College of Optometry, OSA, and Eyecare Associates of South Tulsa.
