TULSA, OK - El tribunal municipal de Tulsa está ofreciendo dos sesiones de amnistía para los residentes que tienen citaciones pendientes por infracciones de estacionamiento y tráfico.
Amnistía de estacionamiento, del 28 de octubre al 8 de noviembre de 2019
La primera sesión de amnistía se limitará a multas de estacionamiento. A partir de hoy, la ciudad tiene actualmente 66,857 citaciones de estacionamiento sin pagar, lo que totaliza $ 2.6 millones.
Durante el período de amnistía de estacionamiento, el propietario del vehículo o el conductor podrán pagar la multa de estacionamiento preestablecida en el ayuntamiento o en el tribunal municipal sin cargos por demora ni costos judiciales. Si alguien no puede pagar sus citaciones en su totalidad, deberá ver a un juez para establecer un plan de pago supervisado por el administrador de costos del tribunal municipal. Las personas pueden solicitar ver a un juez visitando la oficina de tribunales municipales, registros de la corte, sala 228, entre las 8 y las 9 a.m., todos los días. En el caso, el propietario / conductor del vehículo podrá agregarse al expediente y tener la oportunidad de establecer un plan de pago. Los individuos de amnistía de estacionamiento necesitarán conocer sus números de etiqueta para poder abordar los problemas.
Amnistía por violación de movimiento, del 24 de febrero al 6 de marzo de 2020
La segunda sesión de amnistía se limitará a infracciones de tránsito o movimiento, que consisten en pasar luces rojas, exceso de velocidad, etc. A partir de hoy, la ciudad tiene actualmente 10,630 multas por infracciones de tránsito sin pagar, lo que totaliza $ 1.2 millones.
Durante el período de violación de la amnistía móvil, las personas podrán pagar sus citaciones en su totalidad sin ningún cargo por pago atrasado o tasas de orden. Si no puede pagar sus multas en su totalidad, las personas deberán ver a un juez para establecer un plan de pago supervisado por el administrador de costos del tribunal municipal. En estos casos, el individuo deberá agregarse al expediente y tener la oportunidad de ver al juez. Las personas pueden solicitar ver a un juez visitando la Oficina de Tribunales Municipales, Registros de la Corte, Sala 228, entre las 8 y las 9 a.m., todos los días.
Si un individuo tuvo una multa que fue evaluada por un juez y el acusado no pagó la multa, no se le permitirá agregarse al expediente y la amnistía no abordará esos casos.
Los ciudadanos no deben esperar hasta que el período de amnistía comience a pagar sus boletos pendientes.

TULSA, OK -- Tulsa Municipal Court is providing two amnesty sessions for residents who have outstanding citations for parking and traffic moving violations.
Parking Amnesty, Oct. 28 – Nov. 8, 2019
The first amnesty session will be limited to parking tickets. As of today, the City currently has 66,857 unpaid parking citations, which totals $2.6 million.
During the parking amnesty period, the vehicle owner or driver will be allowed to pay the pre-set parking fine at City Hall or Municipal Court without late fees or court costs. If someone is unable to pay their citations in full, they will need to see a Judge to set up a payment plan as supervised by the Municipal Court Cost Administrator. Individuals can request to see a judge by visiting the Municipal Courts Office, Court Records, Room 228, between 8-9 a.m. daily. In the case the vehicle owner/driver will be allowed to add themselves to the docket and have the opportunity to set up a payment plan. Parking Amnesty individuals will need to know their tag numbers in order for the issues to be addressed.
Moving Violation Amnesty, Feb. 24 – March 6, 2020
The second amnesty session will be limited to traffic or moving violations, which consist of running red lights, speeding, etc. As of today, the City currently has 10,630 unpaid moving violation tickets, which totals $1.2 million.
During the moving violation amnesty period, individuals will be allowed to pay their citations in full without any late fees or warrant fees. If unable to pay their fines in full, individuals will need to see a Judge to set up a payment plan as supervised by the Municipal Court Cost Administrator. In these cases, the individual will need to add themselves to the docket and have the opportunity to see the Judge. Individuals can request to see a judge by visiting the Municipal Courts Office, Court Records, Room 228, between 8-9 a.m. daily.
If an individual had a fine that was assessed by a judge and the defendant failed to pay the fine, he will not be allowed to add himself to the docket and those cases will not be addressed by the amnesty.
Citizens should not wait until the amnesty period begins to pay their outstanding tickets.
