TULSA, OK - Sumérgete en el espíritu de Halloween en Gathering Place con una presentación gratuita de dos películas espeluznantes clásicas el viernes 25 de octubre.
En la última noche de cine de la serie 2019, fantasmas y demonios se reunirán para un doble largometraje inquietante e hilarante. Vea el clásico familiar "Casper" seguido por el fantasma favorito "Ghostbusters (2016)".
Los niños pueden disfrutar de un Spooky Story Time antes del espectáculo que comienza a las 5:30 p.m. La doble función comenzará con "Casper" a las 6 p.m. el viernes 25 de octubre en el Quiktrip Great Lawn. La reinvención de 2016 de la película clásica "Cazafantasmas" se mostrará después de "Casper".
Pero la diversión de Halloween recién comienza, con más emoción la próxima semana.
Gathering Place será el anfitrión de Sweets & Treats en Spooky Street, patrocinado por US Cellular, el miércoles 30 de octubre y el jueves 31 de octubre de 6 a 9 p.m. en el Chapman Adventure Playground el cual se transformará en un espectacular Halloween para dos noches llenas de festividades gratuitas para toda la familia con estaciones de dulces para repartir, entretenimiento en vivo y una fiesta de baile de monstruos.
"Sweets & Treats en Spooky Street será un evento familiar con todos los favoritos de Halloween: estaciones de dulces gratis, música, entretenimiento y más", dijo Tony More, director ejecutivo de Gathering Place. At the final Movie Night of the 2019 series ghosts and ghouls will gather for a hauntingly hilarious double-feature. Catch the family classic “Casper” followed by the phantom favorite “Ghostbusters (2016).”
Kids can enjoy a pre-show Spooky Story Time beginning at 5:30 p.m. The double-feature will begin with “Casper” at 6 p.m. on
Friday, October 25 on the Quiktrip Great Lawn. The 2016 reimagining of the classic film “Ghostbusters” will be shown following “Casper.”
But the Halloween fun is only just beginning, with more excitement to come the following week.
Gathering Place will host Sweets & Treats on Spooky Street, sponsored by US Cellular, Wednesday, Oct. 30 and Thursday, Oct. 31 from 6-9 p.m. at Chapman Adventure Playground.
Chapman Adventure Playground will be transformed into a Halloween spectacular for two nights full of free, family-friendly festivities with trick-or-treat candy stations, live entertainment and a monster mash dance party.
“Sweets & Treats on Spooky Street is going to be a family-friendly event with all of the Halloween favorites – free candy stations, music, entertainment and more,” Tony More, Executive Director, Gathering Place, said. “We are so thankful for the support from our partners at US Cellular for helping us bring to the community what we know will become a tradition for Tulsans for years to come.”
Movie Night with “Casper” and “Ghostbusters” and Sweets & Treats on Spooky Street are free admission, with no tickets or passes needed to attend. Movie Night is made possible by the generosity of Cox.
