Conmebol aumenta el premio para el campeón de la Recopa

La Confederac­ión Sudamerica­na de Fútbol (Conmebol) anunció que aumentó el premio para el campeón de la Recopa, que enfrenta al ganador de la Sudamerica­na y el de la Libertador­es, que ahora se llevará 1.600.000 dólares.

"Le agregamos mayor emoción al choque entre los más poderosos del año", publicó la Conmebol en su cuenta de Twitter, al dar a conocer el nuevo monto de la bolsa para el campeón.

El ganador de la Recopa en 2021 se llevó 1.250.000 dólares. La Conmebol también elevó este año el reconocimi­ento para el subcampeón, que pasó de los 750.000 dólares de la edición 2021 a 800.000 dólares este año.

La Recopa Sudamerica­na, que tuvo su primera edición en 1989, la disputarán los brasileños Palmeiras -campeón de la Copa Libertador­es 2021- y el Athletico Paranaense, que se alzó con el título de la Sudamerica­na.
