View Adoptable and Lost Pets Online

-

TULSA, OK – Are you searching for a pet who is lost, or thinking of adding a new furry friend to your family? A new website can help with both.

Tulsa Animal Welfare (TAW) has announced the launch of its new online platform for viewing adoptable animals. The new platform makes it easier for animal lovers to view TAW’S adoptable animals from the comfort of their own homes.

In addition to adoptable animals, the platform also features animals that have been picked up within the past three days and are on a stray hold. This is particularly important for reuniting lost pets with their owners.

“We understand the importance of Inding lost pets and reuniting them with their owners,” Sherri Carrier, Shelter Manager, Tulsa Animal Welfare, said. “Our new online platform makes it easier for pet owners to view animals that are on stray hold and increase the chances of reuniting them with their families.”

The online platform is available for viewing at https://24petconnect.com/tulsaadoptablepets for adoptable animals and https://24petconnect.com/tulsastr aypets for animals on a stray hold. TAW recommends looking at both links when searching for a lost pet, as animals transitioning off stray hold will move to the adoptable animals' page.

TAW also encourages pet lovers to stop by in person to Ind their new furry friend. The shelter is open for walk-ins every day from Monday to Sunday (except for holidays) from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

For those interested in fostering, TAW offers an online application at https://tinyurl.com/fostertaw or contact Katlyn Thompson, Animal Placement Coordinator, at (918) 288-3318 or kthompson@cityoftulsa.org.
