Rotary Club of Clear Lake Seafood Boil Fundraiser set for Feb 24. SOLD OUT

The Rotary Club of Clear Lake will host its annual Seafood Boil and Auction on Saturday, February 26. The event will take place at the Cornelison Event Center on the campus of Obsidian Middle School, located at 15850 Dam Rd Ext, in Clearlake. Doors open at 5:30 p.m.

The funds raised at the Seafood Boil support ongoing projects such as the Annual Community Christmas Dinner, Keep Well Kids Club Wellness Program book distributi­on for second graders in the Konocti Unified School District (KUSD), and annual scholarshi­ps for KUSD seniors and Woodland Community College students.

Starting in July 2024, Rotary will set motion on a year-long Mental Health and Wellness Campaign. The initiative includes Social Media Awareness and through collaborat­ion with community-wide service groups and providers Free Mental Health and Wellness Awareness events starting in May 2025.

With so many needs in our community; several programs are dependent on the goodwill of our sponsors.
