GARY PAOLI

Gary Lewis Paoli passed away October 23, 2017, in Henderson, at the age of 77. He was preceded in death by his mother, Iolanda Wheeler; and father, Livio Paoli. Gary is survived by his wife, Zenia Paoli; sister, Karen (Jim) Carroll; children, Stan (Michelle) Paoli, Darin (Mason) Paoli, Ryan (Christa Gilbert) Paoli, Chanel (Jack) Walsh, and Robert Gainer; 13 grandchildren; and four greatgrandchildren. Gary was born April 6, 1940, in Redding, California, to Iolanda and Livio and grew up in Colfax, California. In 1964, he moved to Clinton, Oklahoma, where he raised his three boys, Stan, Darin and Ryan. In the 1980’s, he moved to Las Vegas, where he met his wife, Zenia. Gary spent his career in various areas of the trucking business. He retired in 2010 and spent his retirement traveling with his wife and spending time with family. Gary was a kind and caring person who loved great entertainment and food with family and friends. He loved going to shows, fishing, doing puzzles, watching football and shooting dice. Gary was good natured and was a wonderful husband, father, brother, uncle and grandpa. Gary will be truly missed. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Friday, November 3, at Oasis Baptist Church, 1620 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, NV 89014. Committal following at noon, at Palm Valley View Memorial Park, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. A reception will follow at the church. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Gary’s life.
