Lee F. Pahl, 76, of Las Vegas and Pioche, passed away Monday, Oct. 30, 2017. He was born, Nov. 5, 1940, to Herbert and Louise Pahl, in Vernon Center, Minn. and was a 55 year Nevada resident. Lee was a proud U.S. Air Force veteran and a member of the Elks Lodge who was also involved in many outdoor organizations. Although he was an insurance agent for 41 years, Lee often claimed that he could never go back to work because he was “too busy being retired!” An avid hunter, camper and fisherman, Lee was also a Gold Wing enthusiast who enjoyed rides with his motorcycle crew. Lee will be missed most for his outgoing spirit, his sarcastic humor, and his sense of adventure. Lee was preceded in death by his father; mother; and older brother, Walter. He is survived by his son, Larry (Kelly); and granddaughters, Kristen and Courtney. Celebration of life will be at 3 p.m. Monday, Nov. 13, at Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89123. Burial to be in Pioche, NV.
