3— At Stanford, Calif., Bryce Love ran for 136 yards and a touchdown for the Cardinal (20, 1-0), who held the Trojans (1-1, 0-1) to their fewest points in the series since a 1941 shutout. USC freshman JT Daniels was 16 of 34 passing for 215 yards with two intercepti­ons. ■ No. 23 Oregon 62, Portland State 14 — At Eugene, Ore., Justin Herbert was 20 of 26 passing for 250 yards and four touchdowns for the Ducks (2-0), who won their 22nd straight nonconfere­nce game and dealt the Vikings (02) their 15th loss in a row.
