DR. TYREE CARR MD

Dr. Tyree Carr, M.D., 69, of Las Vegas, NV passed away December 7, 2018 peacefully with his family by his side. He was born April 28, 1949 to James Allen Carr and Garie Jenkins Carr in Chicago, IL. Dr. Carr is survived by his beloved wife, Mary (Taylor) Carr; sons, Tyree (Rotonya) of Philadelphia, Deldre (Cheryl) of Las Vegas, and Leonard Carr of Las Vegas; seven grandchildren; brother, James Carr of Chicago; sister, Dollie Shaw of Chicago, many nieces, nephews and loving friends. Dr. Carr was preceded in death by his sister, Sylvia Clay. In lieu of visitation, there will be a private Omega service Sunday, December 16 from 4- 6 pm at Pentecostal Temple COGIC, 1117 F Street, Las Vegas, NV 89106. Memorial services will be Monday, December 17, 2018 at 11:00 am at Victory Baptist Church, 500 W. Monroe Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89106.
