Kerri Korin has only been with us for a little over 2 years, but she has already made a huge impact in our workplace by promoting positivity through the outstanding relationships she has built with those the agency serves. Her warm nature and can-do attitude is a breath of fresh air for anyone in her presence. The pandemic has proven her strength and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure the safety and well-being of the staff, children and families that she serves. Kerri is well-respected by the team as well as staff in other departments. She personifies consistency in her approach while maintaining positive and helpful relationships when working with stakeholders, and community partners. Kerri always has a positive attitude and goes above and beyond daily.

She is early to work and late to leave. Kerri is known for staying until the job is done and is always the first to volunteer to assist others with whatever project they are working on. She brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. She believes in transparency and strives to be the best version of herself in whatever she does. We are honored to have Kerri as part of our team. Leslie La Combe has been with Apple Grove for over 12 years. She is dedicated to the youth and families that she serves. She has implemented several evidencebased programs in her reassessment and overview of the agency. She has worked in various departments in the agency and has brought about a highly coordinated effective working environment. Her professionalism and gentle demeanor is instrumental in her ability to supervise and carry out her duties. No matter how many different things Leslie takes on, her skills to coordinate, facilitate, organize, follow through, and to keep everyone on task has met and surpass any expectation.

She has been paying close attention to staffing numbers, overseeing COVID-19 restrictions, formulating meeting agendas, ensuring compliance with state and agency expectations, and so much more. Leslie has worked with stakeholders and community partners on many pressing issues relating to children in our foster care systems. She has the respect of her staff and is positive to work with.
