THOMAS ERVIN MAVEAL

Thomas Ervin Maveal of Henderson passed away peacefully at Nathan Adelson Hospice August 11th. At the age of 76. Tom was born in Wayne Michigan. He graduated from Michigan State University. Tom was a dedicated Clark county School District employee for over Thirty years. Tom started in 1973 as an elementary and secondary school teacher. Tom later became an elementary school principal. Tom touched many lives as a school district administrator. He retired in 2003. Tom was survived by his wife, Vicki of 42 years; his stepsons, Richard, Kevin and Kristofor Work; three granddaughters; 1 great-grandson; and sister Gail Simerl, of Reno. Tom was preceded by death by his son Russell Maveal.

He will be cremated and laid to rest at Davis Funeral Home on south Eastern. A private memorial service will be held.
