Lee passed away at the Summerlin Hospital in Las Vegas NV May 19, 2022. He is survived by his brother Bill Modrok and sister-in-law Antoinette Modrok. Lee was born in Anchorage AK and grew up with his older brother Bill Jr in Anchorage. Lee relocated to Central Oregon with his father, Bill Sr for his senior year of high school. Lee transferre­d from West Anchorage High School to and graduated from Redmond High School in Redmond OR. After graduating Lee relocated to Las Vegas NV with his brother Bill Jr in the winter of 1978.

In 1979 Lee attended Internatio­nal School of Dealing in Las Vegas to become a Blackjack or Poker dealer, although he never did work in the gaming industry. Lee briefly worked as a heavy equipment operator and quickly moved to logistics

driving commercial trucks serving the Las Vegas area. He worked in the print and advertisin­g industry as an Account Executive. He also worked in the security industry consulting and selling luxury home and commercial building security systems.

Lee played softball (a pitcher) in Las Vegas and was a talented downhill snow skier in the 1980's. Lee loved to ride his bicycle throughout his entire life. Following in the footsteps of his father, Lee was an artist. In 2014 Lee opened ROKART and began displaying and selling his art. He had multiple showings in Las Vegas and Reno. His exhibits were also displayed in Las Vegas restaurant­s and libraries.
