FLORENCE M. HOYT

Florence M. Hoyt, 75, of Las Vegas passed away peacefully April 21, 2022. Flo was an exemplary transcriber who typed many cases out of the Eighth Judicial District Court in Clark County, Nevada. She was a kind, wise, thoughtful, happy, and generous soul. Everyone who had the pleasure of knowing Flo would say she spoke with conviction and wouldn’t hesitate to help others. Wherever Flo traveled, she would make a new acquaintance and eventually a friend. She was predeceased by her brothers, Raymond Mcrae and Donald R. Mcrae. She is survived by her son, Leon (Elizabeth) Mayer; daughter, Donnamarie (Stephen) Gilligan; five grandchildren; and uncle, Robert Poletta. Those who knew Flo loved her dearly and will sincerely miss her.
