DR. STEPHANIE YOUNGBLOOD

-

Longtime dedicated healer, lover of nature and Las Vegas community activist passed away peacefully after a 7-year battle with cancer. Stephanie traveled the world, built a highly regarded chiropractic practice and was for decades a supporter of various charities and causes. Notably, she served with distinction as the voice of the chiropractic profession. Whether as the chair of the Nevada State Chiropractic Board, founding member and past president of the Nevada Chiropractic Council, serving on the International Chiropractic Association board, or lobbying the halls of congress for chiropractic friendly legislation - she was a force of nature and determination. Additionally, Stephanie loved the Neon Museum and served on its board of trustees for many of its early and formative years. She was also friends of the Hopi Tribe and had visited there frequently. A multitude of friends loved her playful spirt and joyous laughter. She was adored by her patients for her skilled and intuitive care. Stephanie was cared for in her final months by her sisters Monica and Maureen. She leaves behind her mother, Beth, her 2 sisters and brothers, Adrian, and Albert. A celebration of life will occur in the future. Stephanie's ashes will be scattered at her beloved cabin in the pacific northwest rainforest. In memory of Stephanie, contribute to the cause of your choice. Show an act of kindness. Plant a tree. And vote logically.
