ALLAN YEAGER

Allan Elton Yeager, age 83, passed away August 26, 2022 in Las Vegas. He was born in

Clinton, IA and grew up in Clear Lake, IA. In

1956 he joined the US Navy and was stationed in Annapolis, MD as a musician in

the Naval Academy. In 1958 he met his wife of 61 years, Denise Basil, they were married in 1961. They have 2 sons, Bryan Yeager and Steven Yeager. They moved to Las Vegas in 1966 where Allan played trumpet with the Harry James Orchestra. Allan played trumpet at many venues in Las Vegas. He decided to return to college and graduated from UNLV in 1974 with a Marketing Degree. He started a new career in sales and then retired in 2000. Allan is survived by his wife Denise, his sons, Bryan and Steven and his 5 grandchildren, Madison, Morgan, Colin, Logan and Aiden. He will be dearly missed by all. His family truly appreciates all of the love and support that has been given to them during this difficult time.
