Michigan football assistant stable after sideline seizure

Michigan running game coordinator Mike Hart was in stable condition and spent Saturday night at a Bloomington, Indiana, hospital after being carted off the field in the first quarter of the No. 4 Wolverines’ 31-10 win over Hoosiers. The 36-year-old former Michigan running back reportedly suffered a seizure and gave a thumbs-up sign before leaving Memorial Stadium. Hart is the Wolverines’ career rushing leader with 5,040 yards.

■ Volleyball: At Air Force Academy, Colo., Isabel Martin had 15 kills and 25 digs to help UNLV rally past Air Force 2426, 21-25, 25-17, 25-13, 16-14. Gabrielle Arretche-ramos had 14 kills and Jhenna Gabriel 48 assists and 10 digs for the Rebels (14-3, 5-1 Mountain West).
