arshall Retail Group and Inmotion, subsidiaries of Whsmith, appointed Alysa Zawistowski as senior vice president of people and Joshua Bellendir as chief information officer and senior vice president of information technology.
Bellendir will lead the expansion of the retailers’ IT team. He has senior IT roles at firms such as Fast Retailing, Deloitte, Abercrombie & Fitch and, most recently,
Woven Planet. Zawistowski was previously vice president of human resources for Arbonne International, and has held roles at Jpmorgan Chase and Interstate Batteries.
Amber Stidham has been named chief strategy officer for the Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance. Stidham previously served as vice president of government affairs at the Henderson
Chamber of Commerce, where she oversaw economic development, political, policy and regulatory programs. She has also worked in government affairs and marketing roles at the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada and The Smith Center for the Performing Arts. In her new role, she will lead the organization’s operations, outreach and strategy department as well as organizational strategy.
Holland & Hart added Stephen Davis and Matthew Tsai as associates to its construction and real estate development practice in Las Vegas. Davis brings 15 years of construction management experience when counseling clients, including resolving disputes, and has worked on residential and commercial projects. Tsai’s litigation background is in business and corporate matters, and will be assisting clients through complex real estate development projects such as drafting related contracts and during litigation when disputes ensue.
