Brittany Toth has been named the communications director for the city of North Las Vegas. In her new role, she oversees the city’s communications including media relations, internal and external communications, branding, marketing and social media. Prior to joining the city of North
Las Vegas, Toth served as the public engagement and programs administrator at the city of Henderson.
“Brittany brings a unique mix of skill, experience, enthusiasm and commitment to serve to her post here at the City of North Las Vegas as she joins our growing team of talent,” City Manager Ryann Juden said.
The Atomic Museum has added two executives to its team. Morgan Gifford joins the museum as its STEM education manager, and Tina Romero is the new philanthropy and development manager. Gifford, previously an elementary school teacher for the Clark County School District, will develop new education programs, cultivate partnerships and expand the museum’s reach in the community. Romero will be responsible for donations, sponsorships, grants and memberships. Prior to joining the museum, she held roles at The Neon Museum, Carnival Cruise Lines and Sunset Natural Products, among other firms.
Las Vegas-based construction firm WTD Development & Construction named Carl Martinez president of residential construction. He will be responsible for managing the preconstruction design process as well as overseeing the development and construction of all WTD residential projects. Martinez was previously the president of residential construction for Sun West Custom Homes.
“Carl is a highly accomplished and respected leader in residential construction, and his track record of partnering with customers and enabling operational excellence will help us achieve our goal of becoming a premier construction company throughout the Southwest,” said William Plise, WTD’S manager.
