LAS Vegas-based general contractor Affordable Concepts Inc. added Travis Broughton as director of business developmen­t. Broughton brings more than 20 years of experience, and owned his own medical management company that provided marketing and sales training to medical clinics.

“Having Travis on board is a win for ACI,” said Robert Potter, president of Affordable Concepts. “He’s ideally suited to help potential clients as they plan and pursue their constructi­on job goals.”

Will Yepez was named government affairs supervisor for the Henderson Chamber of Commerce. Yepez previously served as government affairs manager for the National Taxpayers Union. In his new role, he will advocate for business growth opportunit­ies in the community, meet with candidates on specific business issues and monitor legislatio­n that could impact Henderson.

“Will comes to our organizati­on with a track record of success and as we approach the upcoming Legislativ­e session, it’s imperative to have a political strategist on our team who will advocate for businesses of all sizes to thrive in our community,” said Scott Muelrath, president of the Henderson Chamber of Commerce.

ABI Multifamil­y expanded its Las Vegas office with the addition of associate brokers Anthony Marinello and Josh Mcdougall. Marinello, a UNLV graduate, brings three years of real estate experience as a licensed real estate agent in Nevada. Mcdougall, former quarterbac­k at Washington State University, has taken on roles such as real estate investor and trader on the foreign exchange markets as well as a cash game poker player.

“Thanks to the resources and deep connection­s of ABI’S brokerage team throughout the Sun Belt, our team is well-equipped to help both buyers and sellers in this market,” said ABI Multifamil­y Senior Vice President and Designated Broker Jason Dittenber, who opened ABI’S Las Vegas office in July. “We have the right team in place, and we’re looking forward to a bright future, guiding our clients towards the right deals at the right time.”
