At a book signing, author Ni’cola Mitchell (Tatyana Ali) realizes that her true calling is to help disadvantaged girls and provide opportunity for young women. With help from her sister Nene (Nadine Whiteman Roden) and daughters Diamond (Kudakwashe Rutendo) and Destani (Mikalah Reid-beckette), the author puts her career on hold and creates Girls Who Brunch, an organization that works to empower young women.

This docuseries recounts the bizarre story of “Lightning” Lee Murray, a mixed martial arts fighter and mastermind of the 2006 Securitas depot robbery, the biggest cash heist in U.K. history.
