Park Place Infiniti in Las Vegas recently welcomed longtime local auto dealership executive Joe Tortomasi as the new general manager. He has more than 30 years of experience in the local auto industry.

“Park Place Dealerships is from Dallas and still relatively new to Las Vegas, so I am very glad to have Joe, a longtime Nevadan with deep roots in the local auto industry, leading the Park Place Infiniti dealership,” said Ken Schnitzer, founder and owner of Park Place Dealerships.

Tortomasi was born and raised in Las Vegas and is a graduate of Western High School. He attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, before embarking on a career in the auto industry.

He started his career as a porter washing cars on the lot and then worked his way through the ranks at Fletcher Jones dealerships. He gained experience in finance, sales and management with various brands, including Chevrolet, Toyota, Mercedes-Benz and Lexus.

Upon completing training at the General Dealership Management Academy at the National Automobile Dealers As- sociation in McLean, Va., Tortomasi worked in management, including as a general manager, in the Fletcher Jones organization.

As general manager at Park Place Infiniti, Tortomasi shares the Dallas-based dealership’s commitment to excellent customer service.

“We’re working hard to continually improve the customer experience at Las Vegas’ only Infiniti dealership and to showing Las Vegas what we mean when we say we’re experts in excellence,” said Tortomasi, whose own customer service record has earned him numerous longtime customers.

Tortomasi said he is now selling cars to the third generation of families that have been working with him.
