Pardee to open Bella Verdi in Inspirada May 9

Plans are underway for the May 9 grand opening of Bella Verdi, Pardee Homes’ newest neighborhood in the Inspirada master-planned community in Henderson.
“We’re excited to add to our collection of new homes in Inspirada with Bella Verdi,” Pardee Homes’ Regional Sales Director Rob Tuvell said.
Bella Verdi homes will feature new two-story home designs that range from 2,614 to 3,241 square feet with up to five bedrooms and four baths, twoand three-car garages as well as great rooms, lofts and game rooms on select plans and covered patios on all plans. Prices are expected to start from the $300,000s.
Bella Verdi also will offer Pardee’s GenSmart Suite option for multigenerational living along with optional stackable doors that open onto the covered patio for outdoor living.
Bella Verdi Residence One measures 2,614 square feet with four bedrooms, 3½ baths, den, loft and optional downstairs master suite while Residence Two measures 2,804 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, loft or optional fifth bedroom and Pardee’s optional GenSmart Suite.
Residence Three at Bella Verdi measures 3,065 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths and a game room while Residence Four measures 3,241 square feet with five bedrooms, four baths and a game room.
Bella Verdi is near Potenza and Capriola parks — new Henderson city parks in the master-planned community.
Capriola Park fills 13 acres with basketball courts, tennis courts, lighted multiuse fields, multigenerational play area, water play area, children’s play area, and a one-acre dog play area. Potenza Park covers five acres, offering two more basketball courts, adult and family pool areas, two family ramadas with picnic areas, a skate plaza, children’s play area and open grassy space for activities.
Bella Verdi will be Pardee Homes’ third neighborhood in Inspirada, where it will join Alterra and Solano.
Solano at Inspirada is a collection of two-story homes that range in size from 2,187 to 2,433 square feet with up to four bedrooms and three baths with covered patios or outdoor rooms. Prices currently start from $289,450.
Alterra at Inspirada is a collection of two-story homes that range in size from 3,227 to 4,165 square feet in size with up to six bedrooms and 4½ baths. Prices currently start from $439,950.
