Beville said homes at Mesa Verde are designed with four two-story floor plans ranging from 2,055 to 2,386 square feet. Floor plans offer two to four bedrooms and options that include covered patios and decks, making these homes especially attractive to buyers who like to entertain guests and spend time outdoors.

The exteriors feature paver driveways. Keeping sustainability in mind, patios are designed with desert landscaping and the latest in drip irrigation systems.

Beville said the homes also come with elements of luxury. Kitchens include granite countertops, Energy Star-certified General Electric appliances and dual-compartment, undermount stainless steel sinks. Bathrooms feature Piedrafina countertops with drop-in sinks and Delta chrome faucets.

The homes have an air of the grandiose with 9-foot ceilings, hand-textured interior walls and Mohawk carpeting, he added.

Buyers also will enjoy a multitude of energy-saving and safety features. Mesa Verde homes feature programmable thermostats, tankless water heaters, water-saving plumbing fixtures and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

Buyers can rest easy knowing the homes have Kwikset locks with smartkey technology.

Buyers will notice further savings resulting from vinyl windows with high-performance low-e glass, sealed heating and cooling ducts and insulated garage doors. Pricing starts in the low $240,000s. “Now is the best time for buyers to purchase a new home,” Beville said. “Local home prices have been appreciating steadily this year, and mortgage interest rates are still relatively low.”
