Beville said homes at Mesa Verde are designed with four two-story floor plans ranging from 2,055 to 2,386 square feet. Floor plans offer two to four bedrooms and options that include covered patios and decks, making these homes especially attractive to buyers who like to entertain guests and spend time outdoors.

The homes have an air of the grandiose with 9-foot ceilings, hand-textured interior walls and Mohawk carpeting, he added.

Buyers also will enjoy a multitude of energy-saving and safety features. Mesa Verde homes feature programmable thermostats, tankless water heaters, water-saving plumbing fixtures and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
