From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. today, Century Communities will celebrate the grand opening of six brand-new model homes at its Tuscany Village master plan in Henderson. Twelve new floor plans are available and home shoppers can be among the first to tour the new fully decorated models.

“It will be a beautiful day to visit Tuscany Village and check out our new plans,” sales associate Marietta Manayan said. “Guests will be treated to free hamburgers and hot dogs from Sauced Food Truck, music and guided tours of the new homes.”

Home shoppers are invited to stop by the new model park and sales office at 1585 Olivia Parkway from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily beginning today.

Tuscany Village’s new floor plans include paver driveways and walkways, granite kitchen countertops and maple wood kitchen cabinetry. All are Energy-Star certified.

“And with our new floor plans, we added even more upscale standard features,” Manayan said. “Every home will include stainless-steel appliances and some will include standard cooktops and built-in ovens. We are even offering a standard option of rounded or square edge walls. These are all features that are considered upgrades at other new home communities.”

Tuscany Village’s new homes range from 1,678 to 3,609 square feet; prices start in the mid-$200,000s. Each new floor plan will include options for multigenerational living, casitas and courtyards, which are standard in several plans.

“Flexibility is important to homebuyers, and we are offering it in all of our new plans,” Manayan said. “Whether you live with a roommate, children, parents or even grandparents, there are many options for multigenerational and flexible living spaces at Tuscany Village.”

One of the most versatile plans now available at Tuscany Village is Dolcetta 3231, which offers four casita options.

“It can be built with a courtyard or direct access to the main residence, and can also be built for multigenerational uses,” Manayan said.

This 3,231-square-foot home includes four bedrooms and a loft or optional fifth bedroom, 3½ baths and Century’s signature valet. The open kitchen includes a breakfast nook, gourmet cooking island and walk-in pantry. A standard firstfloor den can be built in multiple ways as a casita that can be attached or detached from the main residence.

The new Annata 1836 floor plan at Tuscany Village is also expected to be in high demand.

“This single-story home can be built with an optional second floor,” Manayan said. “The second floor can have a second master suite, large bonus room with a wet bar or even a bonus room and two additional bedrooms. It is one of a few homes that will be available with an option for dual master suites.”

Manayan invites guests to Tuscany Village this weekend to tour the community’s multimillion-dollar amenities including indoor and outdoor recreation and fitness options, an award-winning golf course and miles of walking trails with views of the city and mountains.

“Our 35,000-squar- foot La Vita Tuscana recreation center is open yearround and has a full-size gym, fully equipped fitness center, aerobics room, arts and crafts room, billiards room, basketball and racquetball courts,” she said. .

Residents also enjoy their own 25-meter lap pool, resort style pool, oversized spas, large covered cabanas, lighted tennis courts, basketball courts, walking trails and a children’s playground.

“That is in addition to a 24-hour guard-gated entrance, miles of walking trails, playgrounds, and the Tuscany Golf Club,” Manayan said.
