upset” and “shaking and crying,” so detectives instead conducted a recorded interview. Toward the end of said interview, a detective noticed “the video recording system had been turned off” and asked the woman to repeat her statements.

“She became very emotional again and got teary eyed” when asked to repeat herself, but she agreed, the report said.

The woman described three instances involving Burgos. The first happened in 2015, when Burgos started hugging her during an exam.

“At first he hugged her like comforting her, but then he started grabbing her tight,” the report reads. The woman also told police Burgos kissed her neck and cheeks as she resisted, then continued the exam “as if nothing had happened.”

Later, the woman told her mother Burgos “was being too flirtatious,” but “her mother told her that he was a doctor and that she should not pay attention to it,” the report reads.

In another incident Aug. 3, the woman told police Burgos walked in on the woman while she was having a procedure done, even though she specifically asked for a female assistant to do the procedure because she did not want Burgos in the room.

On Aug. 30, the woman told police Burgos again hugged her and kissed her on the neck during an exam. She told him to stop and asked what’s wrong with him, and Burgos responded, “Nothing! Come here,” the report said.

Before she left that exam, the woman asked Burgos for a dermatologist referral because she had moles she needed to be examined on her back and chest. Though she offered to show him pictures of the moles, “Burgos went up to her and lifted up the front of her shirt,” the report said.

Burgos also lifted up her bra, then touched his mouth to one of her breasts, the woman told police.

“She told him he needed to stop doing that and he responded, ‘Are you going to get me in trouble?’” the report read. The woman reported him to police that day.

Detectives noted another woman in 2011 accused Burgos of kissing her, but she chose not to file charges. Burgos had no prior arrest record. As of Thursday, Burgos had been released on bail from Las Vegas City Jail.
