Businesses, groups offer help to first responders

Businesses and groups have launched fundraiser­s or are offering free food, beverages or other help to first responders and those directly affected by the mass shooting on the Strip.

Cream, Downtown Summerlin and 10271 S. Eastern Ave. in Henderson: 20 percent of proceeds from sales at ice cream sandwich shop through Wednesday will be donated to Las Vegas Victims’ Fund.

The Gathering: :Oct. 27-28, Downtown Las Vegas Events Center, electronic music event with performanc­es by Justin Martin, K?D,CQ Lee Foss, Kill Frenzy and more. 100 percent of net proceeds will be donated to Zappos Victims of Las Vegas Tragedy fund. Tickets: DTLVEC box office or ticketmast­er.com.
