Treasure Island renovation

Ruffin said he is in the midst of reinvesting about $100 million into Treasure Island to upgrade rooms and property amenities such as the buffet and sports bar.

The 3,000-room renovation will be completed next year. The upgrade will result in fewer rooms being available over the course of the year and impact 2019 earnings.

Ruffin said he expects Treasure Island cash flow to be “flat to up a little bit”’ compared with last year.
