Baffert barn has third positive drug test over past six months

A filly trained by two-time Triple Crown winner Bob Baffert tested positive in a postrace drug test for the second time this year, making it the third positive test by a Baffert horse in the past six months. Gamine, a two-time Grade 1 winner, tested positive for betamethansone after her third-place finish as the 7-10 favorite in the Kentucky Oaks on Sept. 4.

Aryna Sabalenka will face Jennifer Brady in an Ostrava Open semifinal after both rallied to win. Sabelenka downed qualifier Sara Sorribes Tormo 0-6, 6-4, 6-0, and Brady beat Veronika Kudermetova 6-7 (5), 6-3, 6-1. Victoria Azarenka and Maria Sakkari will meet in the other semifinal.
