Kemp, seeking first LPGA win, nabs one-stroke lead

Sarah Kemp shot 4-under-par 67 at firm and fast Kingsmill Resort for a 6-under 136 total to take a one-stroke lead at the Pure Silk Championship’s midpoint in Williamsburg, Virginia. The 35-year-old Australian is winless in a 14year LPGA Tour career. Ana Belac (67), Jessica Korda (67) and Stacy Lewis (69) were tied for second.
