DENNIS M HASTIE SR

Dennis M. Hastie Sr. passed away September 2 in Grand Junction, CO at the age of 71. A former resident of North Arlington, NJ, Henderson, NV and Endicott, NY, he is survived by his wife of 52 years, Janet French Hastie of Palisade, CO; two sons and daughters-in-law, Dennis and Kelley Hastie of Palisade, CO and Tim and Michelle Hastie of Las Vegas, NV; and three grandchildren, Charley, Dean and Alexis. He is also survived by three brothers and sisters-in-law: Joe and Carol Hastie, Fountain Valley, CA; Steven and Carol Hastie, Highland Lakes, NJ;

Alan and Cindy Hastie, Rutherford, NJ, and a large extended family. Dennis graduated from North Arlington High School and Edward Williams College and served in the U.S. Navy. He was a volunteer coach for the Endicott Youth Soccer League and retired in 2011 from IGT in Las Vegas as manager of remanufacturing operations.
