Barron, age 71, of Henderson, Nevada died Thursday, September 30th in St Rose Dominican Hospital, Siena Campus in Henderson, Nevada. He was born in Charleston, West Virginia on September

6th, 1950, the son of William and Gloria Best. He was later adopted by Gloria’s second husband, Robert Barron. Michael had an entreprene­urial career of over 40 years as the Ceo/founder of numerous countrywid­e corporatio­ns. His most notably achievemen­ts include: Citidata, the first electronic provider of computeriz­ed

multiple listing service, United Rail/las Vegas Xpress, Inc. working on X Train a passenger party train between LA and Vegas and Virtual Mortgage Network, a proprietar­y on-line video mortgage loan originatio­n system that he built as a partner of Intel Corporatio­n. Michael is survived by his wife, Dianne David and by his loving cousins, Sheila Morris, Sue Ferris Green, Rick and Mary Ferris, Judy and Roger Casey and Doug and Linda Morris and his surrogate son and

daughter in law Chet and Amber Opheikins. His life was an E-ticket ride of ups and downs and he lived it to the fullest until the end…his life/his way! He was a creator and a doer and no matter how hard the challenge he never quit! He built new enterprise­s, wrote music, played guitar and loved his model trains and his UCLA Bruins. He treated all employees with respect and drove them to

achieve personal greatness which many remember him for to this day. His humor

was infectious, and he was always the life of the party! God’s speed Mikey… Heaven just became a little more fun for everyone!
