Los Angeles Rams seven-time All-pro defensive tackle Aaron Donald (high ankle sprain) will miss a game because of injury for the first time in his nine NFL seasons Sunday. The 31-year-old had played 86 straight games since sitting out the

2017 regular-season finale to rest for the playoffs. Donald sustained the injury in the first quarter of the Rams’ Week 12 loss at Kansas City but kept playing on in, coach Sean Mcvay said.

Hadl spent 11 seasons with San Diego, leading the Chargers to three AFL title games before the league merged with the NFL. He later played for Green Bay, the Los Angeles Rams and Houston.

■ Giants: Wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. will start what is expected to be a three-city free-agency tour Thursday by meeting with coach Brian Daboll, general manager Joe Schoen and team medical personnel. The 30-year-old three-time Pro Bowl pick also is expected to visit Buffalo and Dallas.

■ Dolphins: Three-time Pro Bowl left tackle Terron Armstead (pectoral strain), injured in Week 12 and initially expected to miss multiple games, won’t require surgery, and coach Mike Mcdaniel didn’t rule out the 31-year-old’s return Sunday.
