Pamela Ellen Paul Houdershel­dt, born September 4, 1941 in Steubenvil­le, OH, died peacefully at home on December 11, 2022 from Copd/lung disease, at the age of 81. Pam grew up in Weirton, WV, the oldest child of Nick and Wanda Paul. She graduated from Weir High in 1959, from West Virginia University in

1963 and earned her Masters from Northern Arizona University in 1968. She married Glen Franklin Houdershel­dt, December 27,1964. He preceded her in death in February of 2007. She is survived by daughters Amy Robertson and Amber Anderson, their husbands Joe Robertson and Morgan Anderson, 6 grandchild­ren: Jessica, Courtney, Alyssa, Chase, Kendyl and Emmry, sisters: Candy Richmond, Danni Tullis, Shelly Miller, and brother: Nick Paul and their families, and aunts: Nedra Schell and Natalie Battista. Pam was a mathematic­s teacher at Las Vegas High School for many years, as well as Glendale & Reseda, CA, and Millard, NE. She loved her students and her time teaching. She also loved to travel and had visited all 50 states and parts of Europe. Pam grew up in West Virginia, and lived in Nevada, California, Nebraska, Utah, and Alaska. She loved to sing, dance, write poetry, eat, and watch her children and grandchild­ren grow. She had a strong belief in the Lord and was a member of the Central Christian Church. A Celebratio­n of Life will be held in Pam's honor on December 27, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. at her senior living home, Acacia Springs, 8630 W. Nevso Dr., Las Vegas (Check Facebook for live stream info) All are welcome (masks required).
