SATURDAY’S GAMES

-

Colts (4-8-1) at Vikings (10-3)

10 a.m. (NFL Network)

■ Line: Vikings -4, total 47½

■ COLTS PLAYER TO WATCH: CB Stephon Gilmore. The 2019 AP Defensive Player of the

Year has played well in his healthiest season since winning the award. The Colts need Gilmore to make his presence felt, whether he’s playing man coverage against Justin Jefferson or asked to take on other receivers while teammates work to attempt to slow down Jefferson.

■ VIKINGS PLAYER TO WATCH: Jefferson set the regular-season franchise record with 223 receiving yards against Detroit. With 4,516 yards, he’s already 10th in Vikings history at age 23. Jefferson leads the NFL with 1,500 yards this year. ■ KEY MATCHUP: Colts defense vs. Vikings running game. The Colts have allowed 533 rushing yards and seven rushing TDS over their current three-game losing streak. Vikings RB Dalvin Cook had just 151 yards on 57 carries over the past three games, an average of 2.65 yards per attempt. His season average of 4.46 yards per rush is the lowest of his six-year career.

■ INJURIES: Colts nickel CB Kenny Moore (ankle) missed the previous game and didn’t practice on Tuesday and Wednesday. RT Braden Smith (illness) missed the previous game, but was back at practice this week as a full participant. The

Colts are hoping both players can return. … Vikings LT Christian Darrisaw (concussion) has cleared the protocol and will be back from a three-game absence. C Garrett Bradbury (back) and S Harrison Smith (neck) are expected to return after missing the previous game. … CB Cameron Dantzler

(illness) did not practice Tuesday or Wednesday.

Ravens (9-4) at Browns (5-8)

1:30 p.m. (NFL Network)

■ Line: Browns -3, total 37½

■ RAVENS PLAYER TO WATCH: RB J.K. Dobbins returned from a six-game absence and rushed for 120 yards last weekend against Pittsburgh. It was easily his biggest contribution since injuring his knee during the 2021 preseason. The running game is even more important than usual for the Ravens as they manage injuries to QBS Lamar Jackson and Tyler Huntley.

■ BROWNS PLAYER TO WATCH: QB Deshaun Watson makes his home debut after playing twice on the road following his reinstatement from an 11-game suspension for sexual misconduct allegations. Watson played much better on Sunday in Cincinnati, but has only led Cleveland’s offense to one touchdown in eight quarters. With the Browns’ playoff hopes nearly over, the final four weeks are about getting him ready for 2023.

■ KEY MATCHUP: Browns offensive line vs. Ravens defensive front. Injuries have taken a toll on perhaps Cleveland’s best unit, which had a rough time against the Bengals while being penalized five times — three for holding.

■ INJURIES: Jackson hurt his knee two weekends ago and missed the game against the Steelers. Huntley started instead but left in the third quarter and entered concussion protocol. Anthony Brown was next in line, making his

NFL debut and completing three passes for 16 yards. Huntley returned to practice this week and appears in line to start. … Ravens RG Kevin Zeitler (knee) and P Jordan Stout (knee) are questionable. … Browns LB Jeremiah Owusu-koramoah will miss the remainder of the season after injuring his left foot last week. He’s the fourth Cleveland starting linebacker to sustain a season-ending injury. … Browns top WR Amari Cooper is dealing with a core muscle injury that slowed him against the Bengals and limited him during a short practice week. … Browns rookie WR David Bell (toe) is questionable.

Dolphins (8-5) at Bills (10-3)

5:15 p.m. (NFL Network)

■ Line: Bills -7½, total 44

■ DOLPHINS PLAYER TO WATCH: LB Jaelan Phillips has had at least half a sack in each of his past four games and is tied for the team lead with six this season. Phillips has been one of Miami’s best pass rushers in recent weeks, rushing from multiple spots on the line.

■ BILLS PLAYER TO WATCH: DE Greg Rousseau had two sacks against the Jets to increase his season total to five. The Bills are counting on the second-year player to step up in the absence of Von Miller, who will miss the remainder of the season with a knee injury.

■ KEY MATCHUP: CB Tre’davious White against Dolphins WR Tyreek Hill. After being eased back into action in his first two games after missing a year recovering from a torn knee ligament, White played all 74 snaps last weekend. The Bills top pass defender is expected to shadow Hill, whom he’s familiar with in past games when the receiver was with Kansas City. With the Chiefs, Hill was limited to a combined 17 catches for 124 yards in three regular-season meetings against Buffalo, with White playing. Hill roasted the Bills in two playoff meetings — one without White — by combining for 20 catches and 322 yards and a touchdown. The Bills, minus White, limited Hill to two catches for 33 yards in September.

■ INJURIES: Dolphins WR Hill (ankle) was listed in Wednesday’s walkthrough as a full participant … LT Terron Armstead (toe/pec/knee) and RB

Jeff Wilson did not participate Wednesday, but neither player has been ruled out for Saturday. … QB Teddy Bridgewater was limited Wednesday. … Bills LB Matt Milano missed two straight practices with a knee injury before working out on a limited basis on Thursday. He had a team-leading nine tackles and recovered a fumble playing through the injury on Sunday. … DT Jordan Phillips (shoulder) will miss his second game, and starting RG Ryan Bates (ankle) has also been ruled out.
