Blackshear, UNR edge San Diego State in OT

Kenan Blackshear scored four of his 20 points in overtime as UNR beat No. 24 San Diego State 70-66 on Friday in Reno.

Tre Coleman added four points and two steals in the extra period as the Wolf Pack (19-5, 6-4 Mountain West) notched a second straight win over an AP Top 25 team for the first time. They won at No. 22 Utah State on Tuesday.

Jaedon Ledee had 20 points, seven rebounds and seven turnovers for the Aztecs (18-6, 7-4), who took their first lead on Jay Pal’s three-point play with 3:47 left in the second half.

■ Colorado State 66, San Jose State 47: At Fort Collins, Colo., freshman reserve Rashaan Mbemba scored 13 points to lead the Rams (19-5, 7-4 Mountain West), who won their fourth straight and dealt the Spartans (8-16, 1-10) their seventh loss in a row. CSU shot 49.0 percent and held SJSU to 32.8 percent.

■ Virginia Commonweal­th 49, No. 18 Dayton 47: At Richmond, Va., reserve Jason Nelson scored a team-best 11 points for the Rams (16-8, 8-3 Atlantic 10), who didn’t trail after the opening minutes and never led by more than eight points. VCU, which won for the eighth time in nine games, didn’t score for the final six minutes while shutting out the Flyers (19-4, 9-2) for the last 3:03.

■ No. 4 Colorado 90, Oregon 57: At Boulder, Colo., Maddie Nolan scored 14 of her 19 points in the second quarter for the Buffaloes (20-3, 10-2 Pac-12), who had a season-high 32 assists on 36 baskets. The Ducks (11-13, 2-9), who led for 42 seconds, were outscored 40-14 in the paint and 24-1 on fast breaks.

■ No. 6 Stanford 63, Washington 59, OT: At Seattle, Cameron Brink scored seven of her 22 points in overtime and had nine rebounds and six blocks for the Cardinal (21-3, 10-2 Pac-12), who built a 15-point lead while the Huskies (13-9, 3-8) missed 19 of their first 21 shots. Stanford scored a season-low 22 first-half points and had 18 turnovers. Washington scored the final seven points of regulation.

■ No. 10 Southern California 81, Arizona State 63: At Los Angeles, Juju Watkins scored 25 of her 31 points in the second half for the Trojans (17-4, 7-4 Pac-12), who held a 42-28 edge in rebounds. The Sun Devils (10-13, 2-9) were outscored 46-30 in the paint.
