THE 49ers followed through with their post-super Bowl party at Omnia at Caesars Palace on Sunday night.

Brock Purdy, Christian Mccaffrey, Deebo Samuel, George Kittle and Brandon Aiyuk were among those filing into the club between 9 and 9:30 p.m. The party closed about 4 a.m. The coaching staff, including Kyle Shanahan, was also reportedly on hand.

Social-media posts from near the sportsbook outside Omnia show Purdy walking out of the club, wearing a 49ers ball cap.

Rap Stars Lil Wayne and

Lil Baby headlined the event. Lil Wayne performed multiple medleys of his popular club tracks, starting with “Mr. Carter,” his collaboration with Jay-z. Shanahan is a huge Lil Wayne fan, and reportedly named his son Carter after the track (Lil Wayne’s legal name is Dwayne Michael Carter).

Kristin Juszczyk, the wife 49ers fullback Kyle Juszczyk, posted pics from the party on her Instagram account. As reported by the San Francisco Chronicle, Kyle wore a Kristin Juszczyk-designed vest.

The 21-under crowd was served at Heart of Omnia, the venue’s boutique club. That space was filled with arcade games, foosball, pinball and the like. A DJ played that room, too.

A clubgoer inside the venue reported, “It was pretty somber, but not detrimentally somber. My feeling was everybody opened up and celebrated a great season, a great franchise, great coaches and great ownership.”

Pearl Jam is back

Pearl Jam’s first Las Vegas shows in nearly 20 years are on the books.

The Seattle-based rockers will bring their 35-date worldwide tour to Las Vegas for two shows at MGM Grand Garden on May 16 and 18. The shows are the band’s first Vegas tour stop since playing the Grand Garden in July 2006.

The band had initially announced shows at Grand Garden in May 2022 but pulled out just two days before the show after bassist Jeff Ament tested positive for COVID-19. Eddie Vedder has since headlined Dolby Live, back in October.

The concerts are in support of the new album “Dark Matter,” due April 19. The title track is out now. Live Nation says the shows will feature special guests Deep Sea Diver. According to the concert company, tickets to Pearl Jam’s shows will be available two ways:

1. A Ten Club members-only pre-sale will be held through Ticketmaster Request for eligible members. Only paid Ten Club members active as of Monday, May 12, are eligible to participate in this pre-sale. More info at pearljam.com

2. Fans can register for a chance to participate in the Dark Matter World Tour 2024 registration sale at shops. ticketmasterpartners.com/ pearl-jam by Sunday at 11:59 p.m. PT. This will be the only way for fans to participate in the sale. Registration does not guarantee access to the sale.

In making “Dark Matter,” band members Vedder (vocals), Ament (bass), Stone Gossard (rhythm guitar), Mike Mccready (lead guitar) and Matt Cameron (drums) convened at Shangri-la Studios in Malibu, California. They enlisted producer Andrew Watt to helm the effort. The album was finished in three weeks.

“I’m getting chills, because I have good memories,” Vedder said in a statement. “We’re still looking for ways to communicate. We’re at this time in our lives when you could do it or you could not do it, but we still care about putting something out there that is meaningful and we hopefully think is our best work. No hyperbole, I think this is our best work.”

Viva Decar

The famous Elvis impressionist who performed the wedding ceremony services for Usher and Jennifer Goicoechea says he’s honored to have been enlisted for the assignment.

“From Elvis to Usher, our Vegas residencies are something special and it was a highlight in my career to get to officiate and serenade the couple,” Ronald Pokrywka, aka Ron Decar, said in a text Tuesday. “I’m excited for him and Jennifer and wish them all the best together and will wait for them to share any further details of their wedding.”

Decar performed the service at Vegas Weddings at 555 S. Third Street in downtown Las Vegas. Decar is a well-known Elvis performer around Vegasville, and was a featured singer in “Folies Bergere” at the Trop for a dozen years.

Cool Hang Alert

Michael Feinstein wants to “encapsulate the sense of Tony in concert.” The “Tony” is the late Tony Bennett, the focus and inspiration of Feinstein’s performance, “Because of You,” at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at Myron’s. Feinstein is a caretaker of the Great American Songbook. He has not always appreciated the execution of that music catalog, sometimes critical of Lady Gaga’s efforts at Dolby Live.

But Gaga worked with Bennett, reaching many fans (especially younger) who have been otherwise uneducated about this country’s steep history of jazz. Of that project, Feinstein offers, “I realize it has helped keep music alive, and to assemble something that give a sense of the arc of his carer and of course celebrates the songwriters, as he always did, is meaningful to many people.” Feinstein is backed by a 17-piece band, delivering such classics as Because of You,” “Rags to Riches,” “I Left My Heart in San Francisco,” and “The Best Is Yet to Come.” A great night for a date night, especially on Valentine’s Day.
