Green, Houston down Thunder in OT for 10th straight victory

Jalen Green scored 37 points as Houston won its 10th straight game, defeating host Oklahoma City 132-126 in overtime on Wednesday. Amen Thompson had 25 points and 15 rebounds for the Rockets, who are one game behind Golden State for the West’s final play-in berth. Josh Giddey matched his career high with 31 points for the Thunder, who were without top scorer Shai Gilgeous-alexander (30.4 ppg) because of a right thigh contusion.

■ Suns 104, Nuggets 97: At Denver, Kevin Durant had 30 points, 13 rebounds and five blocks for Phoenix, which won for the fourth time in five games. Nikola Jokic fought through lower back and left hip soreness to notch 22 points, 10 assists and nine rebounds for Denver in its third loss in 18 games.

■ Lakers 136, Grizzlies 124: At Memphis, Tenn., Rui Hachimura had 32 points and Lebron James 23 points, 14 rebounds and 12 assists for Los Angeles, which built a 27-point third-quarter lead in its fifth straight win. Desmond Bane had 26 points and 16 assists for Memphis in its sixth loss in seven games.

■ Timberwolv­es 106, Pistons 91: At Minneapoli­s, Naz Reid had 21 points and 10 rebounds for Minnesota (50-22), which won for the sixth time in seven games and reached 50 wins for a fifth time in its 35 seasons. Cade Cunningham scored 35 points for Detroit (12-61) in its eighth straight loss.

■ Clippers 108, 76ers 107: At Philadelph­ia, Kawhi Leonard converted two three-point plays in the final 44 seconds and made a block at the rim against Findlay Prep product Kelly Oubre Jr. on Philadelph­ia’s final possession. Paul George scored 22 points for Los Angeles, and Leonard had 17.

■ Nets 122, Wizards 119, OT: At Washington, Cam Thomas hit two overtime jumpers and totaled 38 points for Brooklyn, which won a second straight after a six-game skid and halted Washington’s three-game win streak. Jordan Poole scored 38 points for the Wizards.

■ Warriors 101, Magic 93: At Orlando, Fla., Andrew Wiggins scored 23 points for Golden State, which overcame Draymond Green’s fourth ejection this season. Green was tossed 3:36 into the first quarter for disputing a foul call on Wiggins.

■ Hawks 120, Trail Blazers 106: At Atlanta, Dejounte Murray had 30 points and seven assists for Atlanta, which won its third in a row and handed Portland its eighth straight loss. Reserve Dalano Banton scored a career-high 31 points for the Blazers.

■ Knicks 145, Raptors 101: At Toronto, Miles Mcbride scored 29 points for New York, which never trailed in its most decisive win this season. The Knicks won their third in a row and seventh in eight games. Toronto lost its 12th straight.

■ Hornets 118, Cavaliers 111: At Charlotte, N.C., Brandon Miller hit seven 3-pointers and totaled 31 points for Charlotte, which shot 57.9 percent and halted a five-game skid. Cleveland lost for the fourth time in five games.

■ Spurs 118, Jazz 111: At Salt Lake City,

Devin Vassell scored 31 points for San Antonio, which shot 51.8 percent and had a season-high 40 assists on 44 field goals. Utah lost its seventh in a row and 10th in 11 games.

■ Bulls 125, Pacers 99: At Chicago, Demar Derozan scored 27 points for Chicago, which shot 50.0 percent and halted a three-game skid. Indiana had won three of its previous four.
