Fallout

Prime Video  New Series

This adaptation of the globally popular video game is set 219 years after a nuclear event that’s driven survivors to take shelter in subterrane­an vaults across Earth. A darkly comic and all-new storyline follows Lucy (Ella Purnell), who has lived her entire life below ground. After a startling turn of events, she returns to the surface, where a mechanical-armored soldier from the Brotherhoo­d of Steel and his sidekick (Aaron Moten), radiated roaches and Walton Goggins as a noseless bounty hunter called the Ghoul are poised to make a mess of her mission. All eight episodes are available today.

Elkhorn

INSP, 6 p.m.  New Series

This original 10-episode drama is inspired by Theodore Roosevelt’s first months in the Badlands of the Dakota Territory as he struggles to establish his ranch, Elkhorn. Along the way, he disarms a barroom bully, faces down hired guns, tracks down horse thieves, kills a grizzly bear, forms lifelong friendship­s and begins to transform himself into the man who will be forever identified as “The Cowboy President.”

Young Sheldon

CBS, 8 p.m.

Georgie and Mandy (Montana Jordan and Emily Osment) tie the knot in the new episode “A Proper Wedding and Skeletons in the Closet.”

Patti Stanger: The Matchmaker

The CW, 8 p.m.  New Series

Ultimate matchmaker Patti Stanger will team up with The Bachelor‘ s Nick Viall to help singles find love while teaching them the tools to “become the most eligible versions of themselves” in this new dating series.

Next Level Chef

FOX, 8 p.m.

In the new episode “Bingo, Bango, Bento!,” the seven remaining chefs work individual­ly to create Japanese-inspired dishes for their bento boxes, then prepare a Wagyu beef dish in the eliminatio­n challenge.

Ghosts

In the new episode “The Poltergues­t,” Alberta (Danielle Pinnock) hits it off with a poltergeis­t (guest star Lamorne Morris) who is attached to a newly arrived Woodstone guest.

Grey’s Anatomy

In the new episode “Never Felt So Alone,” a group of medical students is injured by a floor collapsing at their white coat party.

Margaret and Todd (Marcia Gay Harden and Skylar Astin) defend an internatio­nal opera star and supreme diva (guest star Jenifer Lewis) in the new episode “End on a High Note.”

Lovers and Liars

The CW, 9 p.m.  New Series

Originally titled Fgirl Island because of its female spin, this Fboy Island spinoff will follow three single men who must determine if the 24 women on the island are there for love or for the $100,000 prize.

Farmer Wants a Wife

FOX, 9 p.m.

During the final mixer, the ladies meet the farmers’ families and get to know them better in the new episode “Farmers’ Family Dinner.”

Law & Order: Special Victims Unit

NBC, 9 p.m.

Star Mariska Hargitay directed this episode, “Children of Wolves,” in which a teenager found unconsciou­s in the park leads to a missing-persons investigat­ion. Meanwhile, Benson (Hargitay) must help Noah (Ryan Buggle) come to terms with the past when he questions the origins of his birth.

ABC, 10 p.m.

In the new episode “My Way,” Vic (Barrett Doss) struggles with emotional burnout; Maya (Danielle Savre) helps Carina (Stefania Spampinato) navigate some difficult news.
