PALMYRA - Lawrence Raymond Reynolds, Jr., 96, passed away Sunday, December 31, 2023.

Born February 16, 1927 in Pittsburgh, he was a son of the late Lawrence R., Sr. and Dorothy (Elliott) Reynolds and was also preceded in death by siblings Harold Reynolds and Doris Whitney.

Retired from the M.S. Hershey Medical Center as the Biomedical Photograph­er, he was a member and past President, Vice President and Clerk of the House of the internatio­nal Biomedical Photograph­ic Associatio­n. He was also a member of the Palmyra Church of the Brethren, Lawn Fire Company, Lebanon County Federated Sportsmen, and Quittapahi­lla Rod and Gun Club. He was a World War II U.S. Army Air Force veteran.

Surviving are his wife of 71 years Elsie Mae (Chamberlai­n) Reynolds; children Nancy Zuck ( James), Linda Harasimo (Steve), Sharon Lucas (widow of Gary), Lawrence Reynolds, III (Lynn), David Reynolds (BethAnne), and Donald Reynolds; sisters Leona Davis, Emily Chianelli, and Evelyn Kennedy (Don); grandchild­ren Kara Zuck Pickens, Nathan Zuck, Amy Zuck Haldeman, Julie Zuck Lopez, Amanda Reynolds, Rachel Reynolds, Matthew Harasimo, and Laura Harasimo; and great grandchild­ren Hazel and Iris Pickens, Jonathan, Olivia, and Talia Zuck, Miko, Aviva, and Naava Haldeman, Madelyn, Eliana and Calvin Lopez.

A memorial service will be held 11:00 AM Friday, January 12, 2024 at his church, 45 North Chestnut Street, Palmyra preceded by a visitation from 10:00 AM. Private interment, with military honors, in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributi­ons may be made to Palmyra Church of the Brethren, 45 North Chestnut Street, Palmyra, PA 17078.
