Blac Chyna vs. the Kardashians: SHE WON’T BACK DOWN
After Rob Kardashian and Kylie Jenner sued Blac Chyna in September, alleging battery, assault and vandalism, Chyna fired back in October with a 59-page lawsuit, claiming defamation and harassment, against the entire Kardashian- Jenner clan. It’s escalating into an all-out war — and now a source claims to Life & Style that Chyna, 29, is being advised to call a truce before it gets a lot uglier for her. “Some members of Chyna’s team are telling her to drop her lawsuit against the Kardashians and to quietly settle Kylie and Rob’s lawsuit before damaging information [about her] comes out,” a source tells Life & Style. But Chyna’s attorney, Lisa Bloom, says there is no plan to back down. “Our lawsuit is strong and we are proceeding aggressively with it,” she tells Life & Style. “Our lawsuit is about Rob’s slut shaming of Chyna, so it’s ironic that anyone would think his further slut shaming of her would slow us down. If anything, we will have more claims against him.” Despite Bloom’s statement, there was no mention by Life & Style of Rob “slut shaming” her with new info. And Bloom, once thought of as a women’s rights attorney, has been slammed in the press and on social media for being part of Harvey Weinstein’s legal team, and even — according to reports — looking to discredit some women who claimed they were victims of his sexual aggressiveness (and worse). Chyna and Rob, 30, broke up in December, just a month after their daughter, Dream — Chyna’s second child and Rob’s first — was born. The source claims: “Rob has video of Chyna behaving badly...threatening Kris Jenner and other family members.” But Chyna doesn’t seem worried. “She refuses to even consider dropping the lawsuit,” says the source. “She believes she could get as much as $50 million from the Kardashians.”
