Hilaria Tells Alec:

On Nov. 2, Alec Baldwin was arrested for allegedly punching a man in an NYC parking dispute and charged with misdemeanor assault and harassment. But the biggest blow may have been to his marriage to fitness expert Hilaria Baldwin, 34. After being released from his local precinct, the 60-year-old actor de- camped to the Hamptons the very next day — without his wife. “Hilaria loves Alec. He’s a great husband and father,” a source tells Life & Style. “But his emotions always get the best of him, and she’s really over it. She’s told him to grow up.” When the short-tempered Saturday Night Live guest star returned to Manhattan later that night, he entered an apartment just down the street from the $13 million penthouse he shares with Hilaria and their four children: Carmen, 5, Rafael, 3, Leonardo, 2, and 6-month-old Romeo. “It was strange. Alec was in there for a couple of hours. I don’t think he owns the place,” another source admits. “Maybe they just needed some time to cool off.”

“What kind of example are you setting for your kids with your little temper tantrum?” Alec was asked by a reporter as he left the NYPD’S 6th Precinct on Nov. 2. Mother of four Hilaria “isn’t happy about Alec’s bad attitude,” says a source. “She’s told him he’s not a kid anymore.”
