Sun­days are cheat days. “I eat what­ever I want,” the Real House­wife of New Jer­sey tells Life & Style, not­ing that pizza is a par­tic­u­lar fave. But the rest of the week, car­bo­hy­drates are a ma­jor no-no for Melissa. “I eat right. I eat healthy,” says the for­mer Gorga’s Homemade Pizza & Pasta res­tau­rant owner of her clean diet. “For break­fast, it’s usu­ally pretty light. It’s like a banana and a cof­fee. Lunch is like a salad. And din­ner is al­ways a meat and a veg­etable.”

EX­ER­CISE

Run­ning after three kids isn’t enough to get this body. Melissa says she fo­cuses on work­ing out four or five times each week. “I do a lot of weights. I squat. I like to tone,” the 39-year-old shares. “For me, I don’t do as much car­dio be­cause I tend to get too skinny if I do car­dio.” Her big­gest ad­vice, though, is just to com­mit. “It’s part of my life to go to the gym,” she ex­plains. “It’s a life­style.”

SIM­PLE SE­CRET

It’s no sur­prise that the “On Dis­play” singer uses mu­sic to help mo­ti­vate her dur­ing work­outs. “I al­ways have my Ear­pods in my ear,” she re­vealed at the In­side Beauty Grand Open­ing in NYC. “I don’t even hear peo­ple — they walk by me at the gym and are talk­ing and I don’t even know what they’re say­ing. The mu­sic is blast­ing and usu­ally it’s like party mu­sic.” One of her fave ex­er­cise tunes? Wiz Khal­ifa’s “Work Hard, Play Hard.”
