With Ryan Seacrest missing LA, Kelly Ripa is nervous her co-host will ditch their Nyc-based show.
American Idle! More than a year after relocating from LA to NYC to join Kelly Ripa on daytime television, Ryan Seacrest is reportedly considering bailing on their morning show, blindsiding the 48-year-old blonde. The Emmy winner, 44, “has been talking about how much he misses his life on the West Coast,” an insider reveals to Life & Style. “Kelly would be devastated if he left, so she flat-out asked him if he planned to leave.” One of the busiest men in show business, the multi-hyphenate also hosts E!’s red carpets, produces his own iheartradio show and hosts American Idol. “Ryan admitted that while he was homesick for LA, he signed a contract,” the insider dishes. “But everyone knows contracts were made to be broken.”
